Okay so lately I have been getting so many messages from people saying that they want to kill themselves, and it makes me so fucking sad. I’ve been really busy so responding right away is difficult. I just need you guys to know that you’re all beautiful and amazing and so much stronger then you even know.

Someone tells you that you’re ugly? Fuck them. They’re just self conscious and like to put their feelings about themselves onto other people. I know you don’t believe it, but you are beautiful.You don’t have to be thin. Just because your hip bones aren’t visible does not mean that you’re ugly. Anorexia has the highest mortality rate over any other mental disorder, including depression. It’s so dangerous and guess what? BEING THIN IS NOT EVERYTHING AND IT IS NOT WORTH RISKING YOUR LIFE. You’re fucking beautiful no matter your size.

Someone tells you to kill yourself? Prove to them that you’re stronger then that. Learn to ignore people because sometimes they just like making you feel like shit. They feel like shit and so they want other people to feel like it too. You’re better then that. 

Feeling alone? There are people who love you. There are people who would be completely and totally lost without you. You have no idea the effect you have on people. You’re never alone even when it feels like you are. You are so loved and cared for. Never doubt that. If you killed yourself the people around you would never be the same. They’d be broken, empty.

Being abused? Physically, sexually, emotionally, it doesn’t matter. GET HELP. You do not deserve any of it, and you need to get help. Please don’t think that you deserve it. Talk to people you trust until someone helps you. You can’t get through something like this alone, and I can’t help you. You need to talk to an adult, even though that might be the last thing you want to do. You need help.

YOU ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL. YOU ALL DESERVE TO BE HAPPY. And you will be. You just need to stay with us. You can never give up. The great thing about hope is, it never dies. You might lose it but you can find it again, I promise. Hope is one of the most important things in the world in my opinion. Find something to do where you can get all your emotions out. Paint, write, draw, whatever makes you feel better. But don’t start cutting, you might never stop.

Life isn’t fair, and you know what? It really sucks sometimes. You don’t deserve to be in pain. You don’t deserve to feel alone, empty, ugly, fat, depressed. It really isn’t fucking fair. But in the end, it’ll be worth it. You just have to know that you are worth it. I wish that I could come to you all individually and fix everything but I can’t. I feel hopeless because you guys are going through so much and I can’t do anything to help, but I promise you’ll be happy again. You still have so much to experience, don’t leave the world before you get a chance to. Open up to people. Smile. Never fake a smile again. Speak your mind. Laugh. Tell people you love them. Ask people for their support. Get help. Don’t try to get through this alone. Learn to love yourself. Be healthy. Prove people wrong. Get better. And eventually, be happy again.

SUICIDE IS NEVER THE ANSWER AND IT NEVER WILL BE.
